"Absolutely depends how you hurt it and what's been damaged. Ask a physio....." to get a physio you gotta go through ur gp and they only doing telephone appointments

Depends what you've done. I have an injured knee after falling off my bike a couple of months ago. I use ibuprofen gel and wear a support when exercising. It can be very painful though when I have to kneel, doggy style can be rather uncomfortable at the moment
