That doesn't work. You cant spot lose fat.
Belly fat can be stubborn, it will only go as more weight comes off overall |

Lose 1 item from your diet..example ..eat alot of bread stop the bread.. eat alot of crisps stop the crisps..
Stop one habit for a month..u will lose the weight with little effort |
