Nothing. I'm starting the intermittent fasting thing today so will only allow myself to eat between 12 and 7.

I'm also cutting out carbs and sugar! Wish me luck x

I know a few people who swear by it. I think 7 is possibly a bit too late but I don't get in from work until 6. Will see how it goes. I've so much weight to loose so I need to be very strict.

I agree wholeheartedly. I just hope I can be bothered to make it because it sounds amazing. But it’s going to take some effort and I’m not sure I can manage it right nowv

Hmm. As with everything, it’s mood dependant! This morning, I would love some Cinnamon French toast with fruit, yoghurt and honey, a large coffee and an orange juice.

I would share it with the cat that comes in for morning cuddles!

Well she made me tea, safely delivered by putting cling film over the top to prevent spillage! Pretty smart for a 7 year old, I think! And giant scotch pancake plastered with syrup with sliced strawberries and raspberries on it, I am blessed! And lovehearts cut out of paper with Love oo written on it! (A thing from watched Miranda together during lockdown). How lucky am I! xx
