For the nerdy, and possibly the not so much, what is your all time favourite video game or series, and why. Is it because it was an absolute joy to play from start to finish, did it bring you closer to someone, anything at all

I’m a big resident evil fan on the PlayStation i think I have played all of them.
I used to play it with my sibling and even to this day when I play it, it’s bring back so many memories of playing it in the dark and shitting myself. I even used to have nightmares about zombies lol |

I only ever managed a small part of a demo disc... I love the lore of the games but the game itself shit me up so bad I've never tried them again  |

Im a Nintendo nut so for me its a close call between supermario or Zelda.
For me supermario 3 has been my favourite and then link to the past for Zelda love a good old school game on my nes, snes or n64 |

GTAV! It’s a work of art imo. The single player game is like being in a movie and when online came out the movie starred you and all your friends! I love all the GTA games but this time they absolutely nailed it

Sonic games are fav for fun and play
I always like the Lego games just for something to switch off and play
Otherwise I love gta, red dead, and assassins creed but also way play COD etc |

I think I would die from a heart attack if I ever took it to VR mode.
I often do wonder how I would be if a zombie apocalypse ever did occur.
I think I’d just kill myself at the start and save myself from the torture of it all  |

For me it's the Metal Gear Solid series. I immediately feel in love with the gameplay of the first one, the little inside jokes like whenever you had to swap one of the four discs out, the incredible movie-level story that Hideo Kojima was telling through it, and the frankly mindblowing AI mechanics for the time. Shame there likely won't be anymore  |
