Hola Tube Rose.....what have you been cooking or baking today?.... "
I was supposed to use up some strawberries but long walk worn me out and I'm sore from exercising so nothing exciting landed in the oven today.. however I made a lovely spread mashing some boiled eggs with avocado and chives and bit of mayo.. that went lovely with Rivita bread. And a mixed leaf salad with tomatoes, olives and a bit of pesto dressing. I'm going to make something sweet with strawberries tomorrow. Maybe muffins yet again or a yogurt cake with strawberries. Cant decide. |

I finished work at 10, and hubby and I went straight out for a run. It helps clear your head after a busy shift and calms me down.
