Estella, in 1925 the football powers changed the offside law to requiring only 2 defenders between the ball and the goal line, previously it had been 3 as you probably know. Do you think this change was a good thing or do you think that the fundamental aspect of proposing a more free scoring game has made the game too simple?

Mate i dont actually use a gym 'that often' more in the winter. My diet is on point, i basically work out my calories to maintain (happy) cut (20% less) or gain (20% more) and im bang consistent!

Loads of body weight stuff, and i run alot!

Supps, not really, over marketed products you can get from a good diet. I may have shakes now and again if im struggling to get enough protein!

Haha! I don't know that I really do. I hide a lot and take myself away when it gets too much but it's suppose to be fun so I try to treat it that way. I've been tangled up in my fair share of fab drama and it took me while to realise that, it's really not important, there's bigger things in life to deal with.

I probably do too much cardio and not enough weights but I exercise loads. Problem is my diet is pretty poor!

Honestly mate diet is 75% of it, i run a business so i learned to train smart and not hard! Do you own a heart rate monitor of some description?!

The only time I have a "pub" lunch is if I have time to eat at work, which means I'm working so no, no alcohol allowed.

Other than that I don't really go out to eat very often, maybe four times a year and that will be for evening meal, I may have a gin or fruit cider but generally prefer soft drinks with food.

Shieldsy - how long do you have to spend each day in the gym to look like that? Do you take any protein supplements? Do you think they have any adverse effect on you long term?

Mate i dont actually use a gym 'that often' more in the winter. My diet is on point, i basically work out my calories to maintain (happy) cut (20% less) or gain (20% more) and im bang consistent!

Loads of body weight stuff, and i run alot!

Supps, not really, over marketed products you can get from a good diet. I may have shakes now and again if im struggling to get enough protein!

The potato will absorb some of the salt as it cooks but the potato starches also help balance the saltiness. 30 minutes, 1 large whole potato, bam salt issue fixed.

We can start with a dead drop of hello notes at an arranged venue, and a wave from afar. I get similarly immobilised by social anxiety, so I’m holding you to nothing (and no pressure) but very happy with the yes sentiment. Especially as I felt very nervous asking, and you probably wouldn’t have thought I would be.

either way you have enough potassium in many produts I'm steaming everything at the minute and the potatoes are stunning with absolutely nothing added

I’ve got a few projects in the pipeline but until the hotels reopen it’s proving tricky. That said I’m not having some pharmaceutical company try and take the piss just because I can get home every night. I’m not desperate!! And at some point I’d like to get to Morocco and climb a mountain but that’s also something I can’t organise until the world calms down. Oh and I’ll go to Ireland too, my brother lives near Dub so I usually go for a weekend in the summer for the craic
