Weird food combinations

By (user no longer on site) OP     over a year ago

So my Granny is bored at home so she keeps making us food. She made us amazing macaroni cheese a few weeks ago, and when we sat in her garden at the weekend she asked if we wanted another.

She also asked if we liked corned beef, now I’m not a fan but for some reason I said ‘yeah!’

So anyway, she makes up macaroni cheese with a layer of corned beef.

I was so skeptical, but damn. It was amazingggggg

What’s your odd food combinations?

When I was pregnant I had loaaaads

Or can do it the lazy way and pop a chocolate button in your mouth with each bit of popcorn. I can’t eat popcorn now without chocolate. Thornton’s used to do chocolate coated popcorn but I haven’t seen it for ages.

There's a salad cream thread building here methinks. So why have sales fallen in recent years? Maybe it's a "fab thing" like ankle bracelets, if you buy it you're giving off swinger vibes in the supermarket
