That’s what I feel like I need this morning! Works super stressful - not covid related - I miss my friends , I’m not feeling well , the worlds a shitty place right now , and I’m constantly on edge ! Now I now I’m not alone in feeling like this so my question is do you soldier through or do you give in have a big sob and hope you feel better after ?

A big cwtchy hug to start

Now a blub is cathartic so if you feel you need to do so. Everyone needs a release one way or another.

Life can be hard right now. Work can be stressful but at the end of the day you can only do so much. So try not to take it home once you've finished your hours. Do something fun or just distracting for a bit for a bit of ME TIME.

Hope your day turns brighter

Having a cry can really give a good release.

I'd say, find a quiet corner and wallow a while.

No shame in it at all

Hope you feel better soon

On a mooch

I battle on through when the lad is around, if not I just let it out. Occasionally these last 10 weeks the lad has seen it

Crying isn't a bad thing.

We are all going through stuff at the moment not really knowing what is happening in all parts of our lives. None of us have experienced this situation before and there is so much unknown in the coming weeks and months.

So find a quiet place and let it out if you need to.

I wish you better x

?

Sometimes a good cry is the only thing that will make me feel better - always in private, there are very few people that have ever seen me cry.
