Gooooood morning everyone! Whats everyone up to today?
Im just about to go on a bike ride, come back and enjoy a day of decorating...
Times like these i wish i lived with somebody.

"Walking the dog now then working from home.
Put it this way, if you lived with someone, there would be no bike ride you would be on the tools straight away

Working a back shift today so start at three. When I can convince myself to get out of bed I’ve got to do the food shop.
Hubby is away for a run and is hopefully going to start painting the hall today.
Just boring life stuff! |

Bike riding and decorating sound lovely though. Something for your mind and something for your body. Good balance of things.
I shall have a lovely walk and chat with friend. Fingers crossed.
Was hoping to bake too, but that seemed to lose the appeal now after lockdown baking extravaganza  |

About 10 miles, quite hilly where i live so i enjoy at least half the ride! |

I’ve had a busy busy day. I’m now at home for a bit before shooting off again. I’d love to go on a date later, dinner, drinks, chatting, first kisses

I set myself a 35k steps challenge today. Due to a huge fire on the moors last week they're still a no go area so the dog and I have been walking along the Roman roads. It's been fun actually. Only 17k steps to go! |

We went for a brisk walk for an hour before starting work. Work has been extremely busy for us both.
Mr went out for a quick speed cycle session. I (her) am currently making a homemade spaghetti bol with meatballs, wholemeal pasta and garlic bread.
Mr has an online call tonight for a few hours and I will chill out in the bath before falling in to bed. |

My day started at two am when I was woken by persistent toothache (I'd left my painkillers at work). Three hours of writhing about in agony saw me take a walk around five am, then made my lunch and jumped in the van for work at seven. Chemists opened at nine so an uneventful day followed with an early finish. Three hours snooze (that's more than I had last night) and I'm now thinking about cooking tea. |
