Ahoy ! I'm swimming in endorphins.
I made amazing chicken pie. I exercised and stuck to my new habit and supported a friend over the phone. So something good for the body and for the soul too. What have you been up to? |

Living the dream thanks Ash. Big up to the London massive and Chinese stir fry, I had the same this evening too! I also made a bang tidy lemon cheesecake but now realise that an entire cheesecake for one isn’t a great idea, so I gave some to the foxy little minx next door Hope you are both well  |

Good evening.
Been busy earlier sorting out all the rubbish in my garage for tomorrow's refuse collection. Then painted the back wall in dining room (the other walls are glass overlooking the garden), and now in bed browsing online for shoes.....all after a hard days work. No wonder I am knackered. Where is my Ovaltine? |
