Results of research into this stated “The study found that blind people can still have racial stereotypes, but "in all cases it takes them longer to categorize people by race”...and...”the inability to know a person's race kept them from making snap judgments about them, which is a "good thing," Friedman said. One person she interviewed explained that being blind makes it harder to "judge someone visually right off the top of your head." However, the study participants said even as they don't think about physical attributes, they put people into racial categories based on nonvisual cues, such as voices and names. Those mental calculations sometimes led them to make predictions about a person's lifestyle, behavior and socioeconomic class. As one respondent put it, being blind does not mean that they were "absolved from being a racist."

Realistically it's like the saying don't judge a book by it's cover , So why do people judge people by the colour of their skin .

There are good and bad in every culture/race we all need to start respecting each other there is enough shit going on without more division .

Only ways to end racism for good is if we all become deaf and blind, everyone becomes equal the same ethnicity, end of religion or any other ideology's or the earth takes an extinction type event/war with an extraterrestrial type threat that requires mankind to put aside its differences and fight together.

If someone is blind from birth ,then they wouldn't have any concept of the differences that lead to prejudice would they?

But we all should be equal regardless , nobody likes everyone but race or religious culture shouldn't be an excuse for division

I think it illustrated "tribalism" is innate

Racism is only one aspect of that

We are all tribal in the sense of we look after our own family (tribe) first that is natural instinct , racism is not natural it has been created by man
