What's your favourite sandwich?
Jump to: Newest in thread
After just being served quite possibly the world's worst sandwich here in hospital I'd like to know your favourite.
Mine would either be bacon, cheese and black pudding on crusty white bread for a hot sandwich or nice ham with cheese on brown bread for a cold sandwich. |

Sorry off topic but you just reminded me of hospital sandwiches.
It's like putting the Sahara in your mouth.
You better have a couple of jugs of water just to get it past your your tongue and down into your throat.
Best thing to use to mop up a spillage would be a hospital sandwich. |

Yes it was very dry, with one single piece of wafer thin ham, In fact I've seen tracing paper that was thicker than this HAM!

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact |
Crunchy peanut butter and strawberry jam. If you want a proper meal rather than a snack then stick a chopped banana in there too.
Not had this since I was a child but I used to adore Carnation/condensed/evaporated milk sandwiches. We were only given them as a treat so probably only tasted them a handful of times. Has anyone else tried this or was it just some strange thing my mum thought of? |

I had feta cheese and beetroot the other day, which was really nice.
My fave is probably tuna mayo , onion and mango chutney , bit if black pepper and maybe some pickled chillies like you get on kebabs on the side |

Fresh Tiger baguette, sliced roast chicken, dry cured ham, diced fried chorizo and mozzarella, with shredded lettuce, ripe vine tomatoes, jalapenos, and a line of extra hot chilli sauce. |

I couldn’t stand the stuff, but my mum used to put condensed milk on her sandwiches |

"Right... dont judge
Bread, mayo, cheese, tomato, cheese&onion crisps, more mayo, then bread. "
Sounds delicious
But you need some pickle and tomato in there |
