"Sensualtouch is definitely a hipster!
Depends on the meal, OP! All chips are beautiful in all shapes and sizes. I don’t discriminate "
Home cooked chips are the best, sometimes you just have to know who is king |

"Both. Equally. Different meals require a different type of chip "
This. But both have to have that outer crispness. And melting, fluffy middle.
I actually really like sweet potato fries. To add more into the mix. |

I love sweet potato fries, but getting them crispy is something I fail at. Any tips? |

I've read that using a bit of cornstarch helps make them crispy |

Yes I've read that too... and they need to be a certain size... even that didn't help. I refuse to be beaten though... I'll keep trying |

I do! I struggled with it.
Cut the sweet potato up then leave them to soak in water for about an hour. After that, toss them with olive oil, cornflour and whatever seasoning you like. Cook them as you normally would, high heat. After they’ve cooked- turn the oven off, open the door but leave them chill out in there For 5/10 minutes |

Did someone say 'Chunky'???.
It won't come as a surprise, but I do like food and definitely chips.
Especially skinny chips (fries). |

"Slim. Potato should be crispy.
Triple cooked fries, skin on.
See I just see skin on chips as lazy.
It's not hard to peel a spud! "
I like it. Adds to the look/flavour. |
