I do not think this is strictly correct, As I read it it is illegal for me to have someone stay overnight.There is no mention of sex.
Legally however my cleaner can enter my house, I can have sex with her and as long as she does not stay the night we have not broken any laws. The police have no power to enter the house to remove anyone illegally staying there. |
