That time of year where my eyes feel like theyre about to pop out and my throat feels very itchy. Anyone else have the same problem and reccomend any help?! |

Benadryl and lots of it. Vasaline on the inside of the nostrils. |

Go to your doc and get an antihistamine fexofenadine is the one I am on it's the only ine that works for me as well. It's brilliant one a day normally and up to 2 when my allergies act up. |

If it's really bad then add eye drops too."

Becanaize nasal spray + Benadryl one a day tablet, always wear sunglasses and sometimes optrex eye wash before bed.
I get chronic hay fever and that usually triggers my asthma so I try and keep on top of it and this routine seems to work reasonably well most of the time.
O yeah, did I mention I’ve been baling hay all afternoon , ideal, not. |

I'm also on fexofenadune and it works well if my allergies are not acting up |

I use Cetirizine Hydrochloride, avail in supermarkets or over the counter at the pharmacy. One tablet a day, works well for me, but no treatment is perfect when the pollen count is really high.
Pollen count, what a boring job that must be. |
