Forumtites are the opposite of forumites, they don’t conform for the clique and prefer to plough their own furrow, they’re free from the echo chamber and have no desire to impress anyone but themselves, without them the forum would be a lot duller, not as saccharine. Keep on keeping on you Mavericks and keeping calling people out on their bullshit.

Not many people know this, but...

Cliques have their own 'rules' and it is frowned upon if brake them... what happens then is cliques split up and form new ones to!! I know, right... never ending power struggle... 'power' for what though... I don't get it.

Outsiders, loners, weirdos talking to ourselves, social butterflies that mix and mingle with everyone that the site is setup for or whatever else we may get called, referred to... it's ok. Do your thing and carry on posting. Things tend to always work out in the end.

Lurkers! Don't be deterred from your observations. Trust in knowing the forums are for everyone so there is a comfy place for you in it. We need you to contribute whenever you feel like it, but than you might get recruited as cliques are actively seeking 'fresh meat' especially when numbers start to dwindle...

I’m past clique status and more the elite so I can say anything I want to on here (within the rules). People always answer me and when they don’t I kick off and moan.

"I don't understand why people get pissed off that other people have friends.

In life I have friends and never once has one of my RL friends moaned because I have other friends in groups they aren't a part of.

Are people's lives so tedious that they really give a shit that someone they're never going to meet talks to another person they're never going to meet?

I'm sure there are loads of groups of people on here who chat privately, I do. To people I get on with. I couldn't give a flying fuck if other people do the same.

I know exactly what you mean. But I wouldn't say its 'clique' thats stopping people posting, but more of a 'mob mentality'.
