Well my second ever 10km today. Managed to shave 14 secs off my first time and that is with opening
A few gates in parks so really really happy with that.
It is really really hot and my body is still not used to running in hot weather lmao - sweating my arse off
Anyway good day in the running office - my fitness is improving for sure |

Sunday is my recovery run day, so take it nice and easy, and in this weather I'm glad about that
Just make sure you keep hydrated, I don't normally take water for a 10k run, but yesterday was only 5k sprint intervals, and I'm glad to have had a bottle with me |

First thing I did was have water when I got home. I took on some water before I left. |
