It tastes of honeysuckle with a slight hint of a hibiscus flower germinating in day old manure.
Why do they chat bollocks on the back of a wine bottle. It’s rare the tasting notes add up.
It just tastes of wine, and it was quite nice.
What comedic tasting notes would you use to describe an imaginary wine? |

I’m going to try and not insult you.....
But wine is a gift from the God’s...... tasting notes are accurate to a seasoned wine connoisseur.... it’s essential to pairing your wine with food....

No wine was discovered by uneducated farming nomads by chance and has been made out to be a fancy drink by some people, when it’s no different to any other drink made from the fermentation of a fruit or cereal. You drink it to get d*unk! And in the end it all comes down to personal taste you either like it or you don’t! Like fries dipped in strawberry milkshake |

Here in the Languedoc and being of mainly beer drinking stock I've developed my own simple scale of wine tasting bollox that has stood me in good stead thus far. The points are as follows;
Pish: at best clean the sink with it.
Ok: drinkable
Bloomin' lovely: take it to a bird's house to try and get in her knickers.
There are various sub categories such as: take it to a party but drink something else.
Worth it: well it was only €2
Like a flight of angel's pissing on your tongue: self explanatory, but I'm not going to get into these.
I'm not too good at reading french so whatever is written on the back goes over my head. Mines a cold pint of lager anyway, unless it's french then make it a half. Their lager really is shite. |

"Search Richard Patterson how to drink whiskey like a sir.
That’s how you do proper tasting "
I’ll drink it how I like if you don’t mind.
What is a ‘sir’ anyway, any why should I want to drink like one? |

Oh I've just watched Drinking Whisky with Richard Patterson. Absolute classic! The first few minutes had me laughing out loud.
Wonderful stuff.
Thankyou |
