I have discovered that I am really shit at daytime game shows. Especially that one called Letter Box presented by Mel whatsit. I think my brain is going through some kinda degradation. I need to brush up on my Coronation Street knowledge along with knowledge of Madonna album titles. |

I have managed to rescue a dragon tree plant from near death. Tbh I was told that they are impossible to kill so not a great achievement really.
I have attempted various keto diet recipes. Of about 10 recipes, I have found about three which were tasty and worthwhile.
Lastly I spend quite a bit of time eating sometimes nice, sometimes disgusting keto foods I have made for myself. |

I hit a blip today. Had a nap immediately after work had finished. Woke up groggy and ate two snickers in the cupboard which I've resisted since December. Then I thought I'd go the whole hog and have some crisps. Can't even remember when I last had those. So I ran two miles and did 300 sit ups out of guilt. I think I need a hobby  |

One of my best friends is polish so i get that often enough!
No call of duty battles for me thankfully. Not sure i could deal with that
