This week has seen me find a renewed vigour for exercise, self care and attaining goals...

Maybe its because im back at work... not sure.... but just got back from a 5k walk that i just wouldn't habhavee done before and seeing if i can do 100,000 steps Monday through Friday which would be a first

Are you finding a renewed vigour? Attaining any goals?

I'm trying a 30 day yoga plan on amazon prime TV. Hoping it gets me a bit more motivated.

How long did it take you? My little legs move fast but my stride is so short it takes me ages.

But it's better than sitting on the sofa so

In a town full of colours

May has been lots of distance walking and cardio for fitness in preparation for work next week and the last of my lockdown muffin top will rapidly disappear once I'm back being busy and not snacking

I've done same distance in 58 minutes, but I'm a fat old trout.

On a fourth day of yoga and planking. I always find creating new habits difficult to start with.. so making myself accountable to this thread

Dont know if it's a new vigour but definitely have some goals.

On a mooch

Well done OP

Not a new vigour but more I need to get my muscles moving, after 10 weeks indoors and nothing but a weekly half mile walk prior to food shop.

So to escape this sq mile, tomorrow I’m determined to walk to St James’s Park and back, which will be about a 14 mile round trip
