What have you been up to tonight?...

Dont. Mention. Biscuits. I'm trying to avoid them. They are little evils.. disappearing in my mouth usually. I'm good. Second day of yoga practice and back to planks. Pleasantly and slightly sore. also had socially distanced drinks with a friend on my door step so that was fun..how was your day lovelies? |

We have had a busy day today doing house work and cleaning and a bit of sunbathing ..I hope the planks are more easy next time |
