I'm reallly bad at drinking enough. I've started drinking from a litre bottle that I havr to finish in the working day. Then I have a glass when I wake up, with dinner and at night. I don't always quite make 2 litres but its much better than I used to be. |

Lol that used to be a nightmare when I used to have to cut weight by water loading, i used to try to get up to 8 litres of water for a couple of days before then cutting it down for the last few days before weigh in, one problem was you’d literally take a drink then have to run to the loo to pee, it was horrendous. |

At least 6 bottles of water a day.
Several coffees and a couple of teas at night.
I definitely notice a difference in my skin if I don't drink enough water |
