Been musing again....
Are you a serial blocker?
Do you block for hardly any reason?
I block if I reject someone.
I block for abuse.
I block for forum content.
I block if I know I’ll not get on with that person.
Just wondering how you wonderful Fabbers manage this.
Please stay with site rules when posting.

I only block those who are rude or damn right crude, can’t take no for an answer or the rare occasion blocked for their views shown in the forum as they are not my kind of person and want nothing to do with them |

i counter block thats all, i don't take offence to what people say although i do judge them on it as they do me but ultimately how can i be offended by someone i don't know, i can't i enjoy life and i enjoy people, I'm fun and life is fun if it isn't you're not doing it right    |

I block all local profiles who I have no interest in or have no interest in me apart from forumites
My block list is in the 1000s
I have never blocked a forumite because I disagree with them. Dont understood this? |

I rarely block and currently have no one on my block list, but I’m blocked by many. I’m surprised it isn’t more. I even tell people to block me on my profile. |

I am amazed that people firstly sell used underwear and that people buy them! I do like a smell of knickers now and again, but wouldn’t ever consider buying them! Also how many people would have sniffed them from the postal service before you got them  |

I block if they are rude, if they wont stop messaging even when asked to, if someone has blocked me I block back, Very rarely due to what they post in the forum usually I just make private notes. Some times if someone keeps popping up in my updates with crappy updates I'll block.Or if they are a fake account I'll block. |

Didn’t bug me at all... if they block me after a first message... just means I’m not for them.. sometimes I might block someone when I get messages and don’t find their pics attractive ... I’d rather Block or get block it takes them out of the search engine.
There is someone out there for everyone..... never take rejection as a negative... it’s not rejection it just means one side isn’t attracted... and attraction is key. |

Very rarely block - in fact think I've done so less than 5 times in 3 and a half years and currently only have two on my list - a woman who was hideously homophobic on a thread and a guy who persistently sent me messages inviting me for a BJ |

I'm far too lazy to block. I don't read many of my messages let alone reply to them so I never get abuse. I'm not bothered enough by anyone on the forum to go to the effort of blocking. I can't remember the last time I blocked someone or indeed why. |

Does fab itself put blocks between accounts does anyone know, or is it always the case that you actually have to block yourself. This is for the I havnt blocked you, you have blocked me scenario.

Can't really be arsed unless they're a persistent menace or stalking. I don't think most ppl would care if they received a Nippy block, but I do think some ppl block for effect and a reaction....   |

When you report someone they automatically get blocked. If someone’s rude to me I always report their messages. Chances are if they’re rude to me, they’re going to be rude to someone else so have no business being on the site. Whether they get removed by admin or not I don’t know, all I can do is bring it to their attention  |

My block list is pretty short.
I've very rarely had reason to block in the last three years.
It's genetally either if someone persistently messages after a "no thanks" or if I've seen something particularly dodgy in the forums.

Lots of different reasons. I’m a mardy arse. I once went through a stage of HATING the word ‘dreamers’ so anytime I read it it was a block!
Also. I’m anxious AF. I was telling a forumite the the other day how I often go through threads and check on profiles to see if I’m blocked or not for absolutely no real reason whatsoever. Madness. |

I block those who send me messages that are abusive or where the content makes me uncomfortable for some reason.
Those who keep messaging despite being told no, also get blocked along with anyone contacting me on behalf of someone else to get round said block 
Until lockdown I only had about 3 people blocked. It's now a rather longer list. |
