Washing machine troubleshooters?

I'm getting black marks on some of my clothes, iv cleaned all the door rim and the powder drawers but it's still happening,any help and suggestions appreciated

Maybe try that powder that cleans out your whole washing machine? You just put it in the drawer and put it on a cycle while empty.

Get the drum bearings checked, mine did that and had to have them replaced
