Blimey OP, this is an annual thread haha I have never really thought about "boob veins" so can't comment, but I don't have boobs or pale skin.
I have natural olive skin so was lucky to stay out in garden for hours and not get burnt! Well I have to admit at times did follow the shade because heat was just getting ooooft! My mum has pale skin and she can only be out for like 20mins max before she has take cover away from the sun!

I take it we are just talking about the pale blue lines under the skin?...not sticky-outy veins?!
I could maybe find the pics of my boobs a couple of days after giving birth, when my milk came in...but you might implode lol!!
