Well, as some of you May know, we had to move down south for family reasons, well after 2 months of being out of work, and having to sign on for the first time in my life, and many job applications and interviews! I finally have a job!  |

- A sniffer dog at Dover ?
- A flower girl ?
Or does Canterbury have a new Archbishop ?

i did consider the dog comment, but couldn't think of owt else customs related
then i thought, them sniffer dogs are always well cute, so i 'may' get away with it lol
well they are cute of course unless you are 'loaded' and they take a sudden interest in ur balls
that aside, at least we have narrowed it down to flower girl or donkey walker !

i have worked all my adult life, but due to moving down south this is the only time a have been unemployed! And i can sincerely say, i don't like it! I was dreading being unemployed for a long period of time, but thankfully it hasn't come to that! |

My congratulstions to you.
I can fully concur what being out of work means; after being unemployed last year for 9 months and making over 800 job applications, it does make a heck of a difference to get back into work.
Yes, I'd to move 250 miles, but at least I could get my self respect and pride back.

i would have killed if i had been out of work for 9 months.
6 months was enough to help me end my marriage, erode my self respect and destroy my confidence.
