Hello Ash! I'm very good today, I sat outside in the garden for a bit, I watched a friend do something brilliant that made me smile a lot and had a little walk as well. Life is really good right now and I'm fortunate to have such loving friends and family. |

Fantastic. Achieved lots with kids learning. Made an amazing jambalaya for the first time. Had some lovely chats with my youngest who continually surprises me with his curiosity of the world and intelligence and some great conversations with friends. And here I am. Smiling and ready to conquer the world.. )
I like the pairing. I had strawberries with my porridge this morning and some flaked almonds  |

BBC good food told me to basically fry some chicken, onion, chorizo red pepper rice and garlic with cajun spices and plum tomatoes and chicken stock. It was yum. |

I make this on occasion too. Defo worth the effort. I saw a mention of laksa on a thread today and I made that for the first time tonight. Another dish I’ll be making more often in future |

Eeevening Ash, I've been upgrading a used lappy that's been given to me from Windows Vista to Windows 7 and installing an SSD hard disk.
It's to go to a school who are asking for laptops for pupils. The school said it must have Windows 7 and 4 GB RAM. This laptop's only got 2 GB RAM but the SSD makes it way better so hopefully the school will accept it.
