I’m guilty of when people ask how I am or for my opinion that I tend to go on about me, even if they’re not really interested and just being polite.

This heat dragged my ass down.heat exhaustion having to be very dressed to work in a suntrap so groggy this morning but otherwise love my work and am all good. Hoping for a cooler day or may shorten workday to give body a rest from the heat. Hope you re well.  |
