My sister still uses the Jane fonda work out. She and her daughter do it together and love it. |

2-5 days, they say. Should be at the lower end but chase up at the higher end.

Morning Ash and Lorna Also in the garden today. Been planting up pots. Miss Molly got stuck up a tree, trying to get to a birds nest. That's the bad side of having a cat...hubby got the ladder out to get her down. She's sleeping on the naughty step tonight! |

Ive done it since I was 14 and still love it. Ive never enjoyed any other workouts. Shes my 80s idol lol |
