Same....I've had zero motivation for weeks now. Plenty motivation to drink stella though! I'm gonna need to change my profile from athletic to fat bastard! |

The sad fact is I've got weights, rowing machine, treadmill and pull up bar all to hand but haven't touched it in a long while.
Motivation and consistency is my biggest hurdle. Having low moods doesn't help either.

I’ve never needed a gym.
I run, press-up, sit-up and generally circuit train five times a week.
I’m feeling fitter and in better shape than ever with all the extra time on my hands.
Start tomorrow with a new sense of self motivation, the results people get from the gym are easily possible to achieve without it if you improvise.
It’s gonna be a long time before gyms open again so get your arse in gear from tomorrow |

You just need to get back into your routine of exercise. Forcing yourself to in the beginning.
I've found I'm fitter and do more exercise in lockdown than I do when I'm back at work! Running every second day. |
