Same....I've had zero motivation for weeks now. Plenty motivation to drink stella though! I'm gonna need to change my profile from athletic to fat bastard!

The sad fact is I've got weights, rowing machine, treadmill and pull up bar all to hand but haven't touched it in a long while.

Motivation and consistency is my biggest hurdle. Having low moods doesn't help either.

Least I'm good at finding excuses

I’ve never needed a gym.

I run, press-up, sit-up and generally circuit train five times a week.

I’m feeling fitter and in better shape than ever with all the extra time on my hands.

Start tomorrow with a new sense of self motivation, the results people get from the gym are easily possible to achieve without it if you improvise.

It’s gonna be a long time before gyms open again so get your arse in gear from tomorrow

Last time i was in a gym i was 25. I just walk and run now and swim when possible. Much cheaper than a gym plus you get plenyy fresh air and a tan.

You just need to get back into your routine of exercise. Forcing yourself to in the beginning.

I've found I'm fitter and do more exercise in lockdown than I do when I'm back at work! Running every second day.
