I dont have any weights, I dont drink coffee, I dont smoke.

Bit I did take an antihistamine with a little drop of OJ, if that helps?

Sorry, can't get the motivation until the gyms open.

I've tried to do some routine of exercises but it hasn't worked.

Folk will just have to accept the Cider as it's served up to start with

Aww thanks for joining in l, in spirit.... I hope the pollen isn’t too bad today or the cats leave you alone, whichever it is.

Btw the Syrian car wash in basford has proper Marlboro back in at £5 if the pollen fucks you up today and you need to be a bad girl. You know lockdown is ending when proper fags without horrible pictures are back .....

I need some motivation to start getting fit again.

Wish I had that push like yourself.

Pilates, cycling a bit, daily walk and odd run.

Core is still good. Tone is less though.

I cant seem to find the motivation I used to have

I guess I got used to my job giving me loads of exercise.

I have managed a couple of good walks though. 18k and 14k but mostly about 5k when I can be bothered to leave the house

Us too, we love a good ride in the woods out the back this time of year

Was actually thinking of heading up to Sherwood pines to the trails but driving with bikes on the back of the car might get some abuse?

I am still on my daily squats and lunges with weights, I walk for an hour a day anyway but as I cannot swim atm I've added a hours cardio

I've now ordered my lingerie so they are my goal reward

Very true, sexy is 100% mind/personality, but for some of us old men it gives a performance boost

Great stuff... squats have to be the best single exercise , builds great core and leg power and fitness. I really miss the rack but you’ve inspired me to give it a go with some dumbbells

I am just back from my 50min cycle. Will try and get a run in also later. Have kettlebells so usually do after my run for 20 to 30mins also.

Good to of the year to be in lockdown tbh. I am not complaining.

I do the squats with my kettlebells. Throw in some arms with squats also. Watch 1 American lady on YT. She is normal and love her routines. Have 1 kettlebell routine for arms and another for legs.

Been far too busy working very long shifts for 7 days a week, and just grabbing unhealthy snacks to keep us going.

Plan on getting back to it now work load has eased. Booked in an outdoor session with a PT trainer and healthy eating starts tomorrow.

If I meet anyone before the weight loss happens and I'm too fat for them, well they can simply say no to fucking me.

Cycle and a run save day is good, I’m going to try and run early tomorrow it’s too hot.

Just done 40 squats with 2 dumbbells , felt great but my arse will sore tomorrow

Already on it. I’ve cut out snacks (I’m a terrible stress eater in the office), and started running again three or four mornings a week before work.

I’ve lost a fair bit of weight, and my average pace has improved loads.

Go for it OP, I'm in, been keeping going with lots of walking/hiking and kettlebells mainly, but think might get the weightbench on go and get into a regime of sorts. And eat a bit more
