here and there

Regardless of whether your a good singer or not we all have one or two go to karaoke songs.

So what are they and are you any good (I’m your own eyes at least?) lol

Don’t just say American pie though it’s a great song but let’s have something different

Mine are:

George Ezra/ Paradise - pretty damn good

AC/DC shook me all night long - pretty good but rips my throat so can’t sing after ! Lol

I can do a decent job with the Annie Lennox half of Sisters Are Doin' It For Themselves, Amy Winehouse Back to Black, Bon Jovi You Give Love a Bad Name, things in that kind of range.

Anything at the top end of alto or higher, forget it, I can't do it.

Duffy Mercy is good for me, but I go down an octave.

Love karaoke.

Some favorites:

Abba - Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie

Texas - I Don't Want A Lover

Divynals - I Touch Myself

Calum Scott- Dancing on My Own

The Calling - Wherever you Will Go

Really though I'll give most things a go.

My current favorite song probably isn't on Karaoke but hope it might be on Smule soon.

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

Not done a karaoke for years, but used to do Dedicated Follower Of Fashion by The Kinks.

I do have a fairly deep voice though (as can be heard on a YouTube clip I posted earlier today on the Voice thread), and struggled with the higher notes.
