More like a sauerkraut than coleslaw. With the fermentation.

Fermented cabbage and chillies .. supposedly it's nice I'd love to try one day.

We make our own here, she gets stuff sent over from Japan. She makes it extra spicy and really extreme with the garlic. Makes it extra stinky.
