Nothing now I'm back working in a different job but once my business gets back up and running I'll have a little more time so it'll be T25 HIIT and some dumbbell work |

"Just not the same as going the gym tho is it but is what it is"
I've not used a gym for 30 years lol! I have a pair of dumbbells, a 12kg kettlebell, a skipping rope, and an adjustable weights bench. In addition to strength and core exercises I do at home, I run at least 5k once per week, twice right now as I have more time...... |

I have a strict regiment.
I start my day early with a large cooked breakfast. I then start work at 8:30 and sit at a computer in a room with very little natural light.
At around midday I get hungry and eat again. After seeing how much of a beautiful day it is while I decide to sit outside for 20 minutes ehile consuming my lunch with a cold beer.
It's 12:30 now but I have work to do so I go back to my dark work space with a few more beers in tow.
17:30, time to eat again. Might as well wash that down with a beer.
20:00 - time yo retire to bed yo watch TV with snacks.
Rinse and repeat.
Peak. |

Trying to get hold of an Olympic bar and some plates for deadlifts at the moment. Weights are like gold dust currently now everyone has realised the gyms are gone for months. Haven’t found any UK stock at all. |

From being well out of shape at start of lockdown. |
