Just put Monday down as a non starter?
It don't feel it today, I have lots to do but only just showered.
The more I think, the more tired I am
I promise I will be ok tomorrow. Just not today...

Both of us picked up a minor ache at roughly the same time with nearly 3 weeks off running. Finally looks like it's gone for us both (new trainers were her problem, general old age, lack of stretching and strength work was all mine was).
I have three options, stop eating, run lots or get fat. Hopefully now I'm running again I can stop putting on weight without starving myself
