Really well. After much gentle love and persuasion from a partner and a very good friend, I've decided to embrace my natural hair and I actually love the curls. It's fun exploring different styles and realising it was never something to be ashamed of or try to make fit in. I'm not sure I won't feel a bit of a pressure once commuting resumes to try and straighten it but right now my hair is healing and looks lovely. |

I'm in a similar position. I've stopped using heat and regular towels. I'm going through some silicone heavy stuff at the moment so am not working on curls/ waves (my texture needs to be babied or I revert to straight ish) but my hair is so soft, healthy, and frizz free without frying it.
The layers are weird at this length but it's not the end of the world. |

I usually have mine cut every 4-6 weeks to keep its shape so I'd ordinarily have had 2 cuts by now. It's looking very scrappy at the back and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm already imagining camping out outside my hairdressers on the first day of opening |

My hair is ok. I don't do a lot to it anyway so it's in a good condition to begin with. I'll get it cut when I can but it's not bothering me.
My eyebrows however, are a completely different story! |

I just tie mine up all the time now, I have an undercut which I can keep on top of but it's been the longest I've had it for years, I get annoying bangs and ringlets the longer it gets.
I am first on my hairdressers list so when we get the go ahead a good few inches will fly off |

It's not too bad. I've cut my fringe a few times. I'm saving a lot of money by not going to the Hairdressers and I'm not really bothered as only go to Waitrose and back so not many people see me. |

I’m just going to let it grow. Quite like the idea of it growing long as probably my last chance. A little grey coming through and still a decent amount of hair. Let’s check in the mirror - oh, still fucking gorgeous! |

Iet my beard grow, then it got annoying so got rid sharpish. Fortunately my hair was cut short just before lockdown so is manageable at the moment. Going to be a long queue when lockdown ends at the barbers |

I've just been taking away the short hairs. If they're short I probably had them waxed before |

"How are you managing without barbers and hairdressers?"
Absolutely fine, I don't go to the hairdresser's anyway, and I don't colour or cut my hair. =)
It finally pays off |

I'm fine without them. I rarely have my hair done anyway! I did bleach it at the start of lockdown due to boredom but it turned out pretty well as I used professional bleach, developers and toners and had a good idea of what to do. |

Coping fine, but I do look after my hair anyway, rarely use heat usually just on my fringe. I use a low sulphate shampoo and only was every 7ish days as to not strip the hair of natural oils. I will be cutting my fringe this week but that is as far as I will tackle myself. (Fully qualified hairdressers in my younger years).
And if I feel like I am having a bad hair day I have my hair scarfs to help |

Mine has started to get a bit scraggly at the ends from split ends. I don’t want them to get worse and make my hair frizzy so I’m going to trim it a bit. My hair is pretty low maintenance as it is, so besides needing a trim it’s not bad at all!
My fringe is pretty chaotic but I just snip away at it until I can see and it’s somewhat straight |

It's in desperate need of a cut. Roots are hideous, but I'm actually digging the grey. Even considering letting the colour grow out, but it will be awful in between.

Not too bad. I got some proper hairdresser scissors and have been doing the fringe. Must better than kitchen and nail scissors! I could do with an inch off it though as it's looking a bit split in places, might ask my son later who thinks he's a barber after giving his brother a decent cut |

My hair’s about 2 ft long and the last few inches are most definitely dead. It desperately needs cutting. I also have very grey roots that need colouring - but I’ll wait until I can go somewhere other than the park or Aldi before I sort it!
Frankly I look like shite - I’ve put ‘lockdown weight’ on and my pubes are frighteningly long - but I care not a jot!
When I’m allowed to mount a penis again I’ll make sure I look at least vaguely female! |

It is going fine. I have been cutting my own hair for years and I cut it today. I shave the sides with the razor to get that white wash look and then I have nr2 on top it is like a cool skin fade. I usually trim it every 3 days |

I rarely never use hair dryers anyway.. or straightener or any products like hairspray etc..so there isnt much to improve apart from being attentive. I embraced some silver strands but im going to dye them tomorrow. The spray is good but it doesnt last and makes my skin bit itchy so time to move on. Looks like another few wks of not being able to top up highlights so I will just go with lighter shade of red/brown/mahogany to cover it all up.
I was looking at eyebrow tinting kits .. not sure if I should risk it. |

I'm a fan too as you know. What are the other colours ?
Red rocks though! I have a chocolate dress with cream dots. It's one of my favourite patterns. |

S is very handy with the clippers so I'm not going to visiting the barbers again. clippers 20 quid, visit the barbers 20 quid per time. No contest plus it's a much better sight when she does it topless

Fair enough: I find Maybelline's Brow Drama to be a good dupe for Benefit Gimme Brow (slightly more wet and harder to work with, but a tiny fraction of the price), just brush it through. Recommendation if you want one |

No problem with hair. Cut my own anyway. Leant how to cut hair when I was 18 and been at it since. Better than most barbers. Need a trim again this week though |

Dyed mine again today as I wanted to go metallic silver . More purple grey if Im honest. Not bad going though as its only the second time Ive dyed my hair myself, the first time was 8 days ago.
It could of been a lot worse |

Mr is surviving without the barbers by shaving his hair, and it's looking good too.
I (her) am surviving as my hair is all one length (mid length bob), it could do with some TLC and a colour as I have some 'natural glitter'.
I saw my hairdresser in Tesco last week and she said please do not cut or colour your hair! It looks fine as it is. |
