After the positive comments from my thread yesterday regarding scars, I have uploaded a pic of scar, it’s black & white so it’s not so prominent, your feedback would be welcome |

Hubby is self conscious about his.. From his sternum to past his belly button from an op to remove a tumour last year. Scars tell a story.. They say you've survived shit and your a fighter. I always pay his scar the attention it deserves.. |

Exactly that...... they are little reminders of things from our past. Stories to tell people about your life.
Scars through work, being d*unk and foolish, operations etc. Conversation starters if you like.

Thats perfectly fine. Not a bad scar at all.
Jesus....wonder if i would ever be brave enough to put up my mastectomy/reconstructed boob up...it has no nipple. Only a lovely big scar.

Snap! I'm working up to baring mine. I've managed about half on show. Still not put up a pic that shows the tattood nipples never mind the full breast/scarring even tho it's improved as time passed |

I don't see a problem with scars at all these days. I did have massive issues with my own scarring on my penis, after and emergency circumcision when I was 15. But nowadays I find them characterful, they are a part of someone's life story. |
