Hopped on a private jet over to Paris, Partied in a restaurant he hired with models, then went back to an apartment and was getting it on with a model in the lift!

This was in the papers and he hasn't been named, Anyone know who it is?

I've had a name mentioned but can't confirm it, Absolute twat and should be fined and sacked for breaching the lockdown!
