Don't know if I've ever had stuffed crust, thin and crispy every time for me. Prosciutto and fungi by choice but I like a few others

I get the cheese stuffed crust Chicago Town ones and add mushroom, ham and pineapple. Better than any take-away Hawaiian you can get.

I’ve got into making my own and throwing into my wood fired oven in the garden.

Thin base is my personal favourite, with Aioli to dip the crust into.

Just experimented with a Chicago pizza pie; really nice but too big and heavy to eat too regularly and more for when you have friends round
