I eat fruit, veg or salad most days one way or another. I never counted my food before lockdown so nothing has changed.

chocolate is a from a bean and surly counts as one of the 5 a day and gin juniper berries so fruit and cornflakes is corn so a vegetable.

In my book that's all part of your 5 a day

You need them now more than ever ! We just tend to eat vine tomatoes, oranges, grapefruit, broccoli, carrots, peppers, ,lemons, ... loads of it , think it has everything needed, as a general rule of thumb eat like a rainbow ?? , if your diet is beige so are you

I have a banana or an orange for breakfast, a protein for lunch ( chicken, tuna or salmon), greens and a protein for dinner.

Snacking is the difficult one for me. I try to have fruit and cheese or grapes etc.

I have to admit that I've been a bit hit and miss with my food, although I do have vegetables with at least one meal a day - I've just been indulging in comfort food occasionally when I've felt a bit meh!

My normal diet always consisted of 5 a day. Love my fruit/veg so nothing changed. Fresh, frozen, tinned and dried all count so you can mix it up on days if you don't get your particular favourites.

Still get my chocolate intake though. Has to be done. Any balanced diet is good

5 is actually the minimum requirement, given by the government so it's an obtainable amount for people who don't include fruit and veg in their diets! It's really meant to be over 8 a day and 10/over for optimum health!! Good luck

I always get my 5 a day because I love fruits and veggies. That's one good thing. But I'm also baking in obsessive way almost and enjoying snacks hidden from kids.. so there goes my healthy eating down the drain
