Morning all hope you are all well?
I have had a knot in between my shoulders for a couple of weeks, I was wondering if anyone could suggest anything I could use around the house to try and ease the tension xx |

This works if you have a tennis ball, cricket ball etc in your house.
Lie on your back on the floor with the ball between the shoulders and move your body around giving massage to the area affected. Should help. |

Lie flat on your back with your arms out to the side as if your being crucified. Look over your right shoulder whilst slowly raising your right leg towards your left hand. Alternate the procedure looking over your left shoulder and raising your left leg to your right hand. |
