It is very important to get moving during this lockdown period and as well to keep track of the calories.
Mine is going fine and I am very active. I am training at home 3 times a week with weights. I either cycle or go for a walk 1hr or more aday, when I cycle I aim for 15km and I also do ashtanga yoga |

Mines going well, I run 5-6 times a week varying from 5-15km coupled with hiit workouts and s&c work then on rest day a 16km gentle cycle ride on road or turbo |

It's going...going... gone.. out the window.
I had just started back at the gym before lockdown and not done much of anything since. I walk about 20,000 steps a day now I'm back at work but that's about it |

I'm exercising more (9-10k steps a day, doing C25K and 6-10 mile bike rides) but am still gaining weight, which is rather frustrating!
Not eating any more either, and if anything eating a lot healthier than I was.
Ah well. I feel fitter, that's more important! |

I think it's very important that people look after their mental health and wellbeing. If that includes calorie counting? Fair enough. If it doesn't? Well you do you.
As far as exercise is going, I'm trying to do 5k every other day. I do yoga because it helps me remain relatively calm and sometimes the Joe Wicks exercise class because it makes so_eone laugh a lot. |

Mine is going OK. I've brought a set of those resistance bands and using them every other day, whilst using my ab roller and weighted bag. I also fit in a 6 mile run twice a week and still trying to eat healthy.... |

I couldn't get into using kettle bells myself. Do you enjoy it and find it effective?
I'm currently doing okay and I've started doing different exercises through athlean X YouTube channel. |

Mine isn't too bad. We bought an exercise bike in January which has paid off massively.
Other half has some weights but enjoys using the resistance bands more - just a shame the ones we ordered him won't be here for another week still |

Try to cycle and run every day. After my runs, I will do kettlebell weights at home.
Having a bit of a rest day today...will go for either a run or cycle later. Have 2 kids at home so cant feck off for hours either. They will be spending time with their dad after lockdown so I will have more time to exercise then or wont feel guilty for doing it. Cant wait.

I'm walking a minimum of 5 miles most days, a bit of ab work most days. I really need to do more stretching, and add some upper body work.
My eating could be better, but I haven't put any weight on. |

Only thing keeping me same got a group chat with mates where we post challenge workouts and times to motivate eachother. Running and cycling, weights and calisthenics and the occasional yoga with M if I need more of a stretch |

I am hard on it now, need to build my fitness back up to what It was before with a added stone to lose. The weights, squats and lunges are still going as per march and I've now added fast pace old skool dance tracks for an hours cardio a day. Small food portions throughout the day and a corset I want to get is my target |

Mines going great and I’ve been mainly working on my arms to be honest.
I use my left arm to cut the food and my right arm to shovel the food into my mouth.
Then I sit by the pool on sunny days snacking and drinking.
Then I spend a lot of time sleeping.
I fucking love cockdown lockdown!!!!!

I sent a fitness mad friend a jokey message yesterday when the October furlough news came through saying at least she'll be fit and tanned if she has the summer off but my phones auto carrot changed it to fat and tanned.
Maybe the phone knows best

Morning Shag. Mine took a real nosedive at the beginning of this lockdown, felt all so surreal and everything I have done seemed purposeless. Did my daily walks with our dog, but that was it. The last few days I got back into my weight training at home and my mood changed, more positive, I’m happier and more energetic during the day. Glad I got my bum off the sofa. Xxx |

Definitely doing a lot more outside right now, also finding lots of new and interesting ways to hit the right spots without the need for a traditional gym.
I hope everyone is keeping as healthy as they can with what they have available. If you need help or advice if your plans have gone down the toilet just hola. I'll help where I can. |

I need to invest in some walking boots as I’ve been doing walks that are 4 or 5 hours long. There’s so much countryside and woodlands and beaches here that you can just walk miles and miles and not see a human soul.

Better than expected between 10 and 25 miles on the bike a day and going through the Insanity program for the 1st time in about 10 years, with Saturday as a rest day. |

Absolutely crap, I am missing the dance studio. Have done a few online classes but by the time they are on chronic fatigue has kicked in after working all day and medication wearing off I am wrecked. I am doing my daily physio which is keeping my buns pert.
Think maybe getting up earlier and going for a walk before work will help. |

I'm weight training twice a week and going on cycle rides for 26km plus twice a week, it's going fine really, still keeping in good shape and not lost any mass or gained weight in the wrong places |

I'm still doing my workouts. 30 minute hit a day. Miss my walks so started skipping more. I moved to decaf tea to try help with my sleeping as sleep is good for the body. I'm still fasting for 15 hours a day. |

Was going really well, until I upset an old knee injury (not really old, summer tore my mcl and damaged disk due to rugby tackle!) Spoke to physio and musculoskeletal specialist today and even told I need to take it easy for a week or so. Upper body and low impact for me now |

Lockdown's given me loads of energy, more than usual even (nervous energy?).
Either way I'm beginning to love exercise |

I have finally started over the last few days using the garden as an outdoor gym. So three one hour sessions in and I’m making steady progress. However, my fitness has deteriorated, despite having done a fair bit of vigorous gardening, including using bags of horse shit as weights and other various heavy garden things I was moving about in a similar way. I’ve also been going on a decent length walk most days. So now I’m building up running by jogging up and down the garden, it’s less impact on my knees and I won’t feel such a dick when I’m out of breath by the time I get to the corner shop. I’m all using kettle bells, dumbbells and medicine balls as free weights and doing some body weight exercises. |

It's going okay. Still working and oddly was more energised earlier in lockdown when I was drowning in work, as things have calmed down I had a bit of a slump but seem to be normal. Running anything from 5km to 20km, some bike rides (commute so 6m in and longer home) and a leisurely but long walk (3-4 hours) most Sundays.
Diet is generally better than normal but the bakers next to work has reopened so that could change! |

Gardening helping to get in full body workout. I have weights at home so summer time will be doing them in the garden topless with my tuuuuuuuunes on! Getting VitD while working out and can have food whenever so can't complain.
And saving money from not having to pay to go to gym. This is the way forward to maintain fitness/health now |
