How's your day been?

I've been back at work for a little while, I was actually glad to be back. I knew that wouldn't last long and today I'm feeling restless, frustrated and a just a bit meh!
I think I'll feel better after a good nights sleep.
How are you all doing?
For those who have had a shitty day...I hope tomorrow is better.

I’m shattered.
It’s good to be back at it though and I know a lot of peeps are still stuck without purpose so I won’t complain.

Hey Annabelle, I do hope you manage to get a good night's sleep and stay safe.
So my day has been really good but also a bit sad. I got very excited by something and then sad when I realised life isn't that simple. I had a video call with someone very special to me and seeing his twinkling blue eyes made my heart soar. I need to go for a run tomorrow and stick with my fit to fuck regime.  |

Thanks, yours too! My 9 year old has been struggling to settle to sleep and wanting long chats at bedtime. I'm glad I have the time to give but it's tiring too, and gives hardly any child free evening before I need my bed, am so tired. Hoping Mr gets back from work soon so I can escape for a wee bit of fresh air before bedtime routine.

Thanks, yours too! My 9 year old has been struggling to settle to sleep and wanting long chats at bedtime. I'm glad I have the time to give but it's tiring too, and gives hardly any child free evening before I need my bed, am so tired. Good day but working from has lost its novelty. Just booked a week off. Even though I will still be sitting at home I just want to feel I'm home and not at the office if that makes sense. |

Still working, self employed so have no fixed hours
Got a lot ticked off my to do list
Also had a cheeky Ann Summers delivery so looking forward to looking at that when I'm done

First day back and flat out, with 5 projects lined up already on day 1. It was good to be back but I spent most of the day drilling and wiring above my head. Tomorrow I’m going to feel that, big time! I was getting used to living like a sloth but normality must resume |

Hope a good nights sleep will be had and you all refreshed for another day.
It's been a mixed bag up here, still no word back from my employer. Replacement parts for new shed still not arrived.
But on flip side, partner is now able to go back to work, worked wonders in garden today, and am currently making gammon with vegetable bake |

It's been bloody wank actually.
I'm all for getting things off your chest or whatnot, don't mind a dig at me on here when it's justified, but spoiling birthday wishes is beyond disgusting behaviour as far as I'm concerned. So yeah, that fucked me off.
Other than that, same old shit.
Missing B terribly, hardly eating yet getting fatter by the day.
I do hope you're eating properly and getting enough rest.

I've been at work all the way through and trying to be a victorian housewife at the same time...I have hit the wall today. I though new pics and some attention would help - it didn't, I thought a new name and maybe a new profile would help - it didn't.
Maybe the end of my fab journey has arrived and it is time to move on and find some escapism another way....or maybe everyone is in the same funk.

Not brilliant. Am very much missing a recovery group I usually go to, and finding things difficult. Otherwise fine, working from home on full pay, healthy, decent weather - have a lot to be thankful for. Thanks for asking OP. |

After a tough week with the lad having some major wobbles, today turning a corner.
Feeling relaxed, focused on my drawing last two days and finally seeing good results. Plus tomorrow I can go sit in the park, I don’t care if its cold, raining or blowing a whooie I’m parking my bum on that grass for the first time this year. A simple thing going to make a huge difference to the lad and I.
Only other downer after the high tide and winds caught London by surprise on Monday afternoon. Water levels rose so much the rafts that the geese and coots nest on got way to near to the path. Two nights trying to keep the foxes away and last night they managed it about 4 in the morning... goslings gone and the coots eggs  |

My day was okay, my treacle tart was spectacular but I'm very concerned about my comfort eating. I am totally lacking motivation and a bit flat. It's been a rough few weeks actually with a lot of stress. Early night for me I think. |

Work and life really is a tough role sometimes.
Be good to yourself, take some time to re-energise.
Fab is my bit of escape and I have had moments of thinking maybe it's time to move on but still I stay. I do still enjoy it and the people.

There's a few of us doing that I reckon. I don't want to put any more weight on that's for sure. Though your treacle tart sounds good.
I hope that the stress really eases up for you, that your motivation comes back and you manage to cut down on the food.

Made sausage rolls and chocolate cookies. I was told my cookies were better than Greggs, I guess that’s a compliment.
Had some plants delivered from my local garden centre, so that’ll keep me busy after work the next couple of days.
And I can’t wait to be able to go out more than once a day from tomorrow for walks. |

Not been bad, found out I've got at least another week maybe three off on full pay. Bought some tomato plants and then Miss.Red watched me have a wank. That's about as good as days get at the minute. |
