No, but I totally understand why you may feel that way. Outside of the threat from the virus itself, this type of isolation/separation and restriction doesn’t suit a lot of people.
I’ll be eternally thankful that those other conditions don’t really bother me, although I’m missing my coffee shop visits. |

Its a natural emotional chemical called oxytocin that floods the system...my gf sometimes cries after passion..it is for no reason except an OD of oxytocin. I get that sometimes but my system has taken a shift since my meltdown so Im quite prone to this. |

Yes, you're not alone OP.
I've cried while home working recently, and also for a friend who is in a pretty bad way.
No doubt more tears will flow before these strange times are over.
Hug of support to you. |

I haven’t cried yet - partly because I’m lucky in that my two youngest kids live with me (and our puppy - who’s a great distraction) - but I do feel a sense of deep sadness at times.
I’m a very affectionate person, and not being able to hug my mum (I’m one of her carers so at least see her regularly), oldest daughter or brother - or see my friends - is killing me!
Mostly I keep it together though as I’m naturally ridiculously happy and positive - though when I saw the now-packed London tubes on the news yesterday I felt close to tears - as that can only prolong the situation!
The English government’s priority now seems to be getting us back to work - which I understand if we’re to avoid a massive recession - but it’ll probably prolong the virus’ effects - and make it far longer before I can hug the people I care about again. The thought of that makes me feel like crying - but if I did there’d be a tsunami - so I don’t! |

I was a mess last weekend and very emotional last night OP. Anxiety of not knowing what the future holds. Money worries, scared for my family, trying to stay strong for my young daughter, lack of affection, too much time to overthink things. Stay strong OP this is all only temporary |

I did a few weeks ago, when the isolation started to get to me!
Unfortunately I'm getting used to it, plus I think working from home has surprised me as I thought I couldn't trust myself, but I have been very disciplined |

Crying is a wonderful way of getting rid of pent up emotions. Just go with the flow OP and don’t worry about it... |
