Frasier and Cheers are my go-to American ones that shows Americans can do British humour (even if they spell it without a "u" )
British ones there are loads...from the classics like Dads Army, Fawlty Towers and Blackadder - to more recent things like Inbetweeners, The IT Crowd and Car Share or the delightful Detectorists |

I used to watch that all the time back in the day, I kind of got out of the habit after Charlie had acted a right Charlie and got sacked, couldn’t really get into it after that. |

Nope, I haven't either...my colleagues even had a Friends quiz so I wouldn't know the answers, apparently they're fed up of me winning all the time |

Only fools and horses, I forgot about this. I have laughed at some of these."
I'm currently watching the detectives with Jasper Carrot and Robert Powell |

It's weird, I was wat hing something in Netflix last night that she's in and it made me remember two and a half men, then this thread pops up.
I'm going to give Malcolm in the Middle an honorable mention, Brian Cranston is a great comedic actor. |

Never understood why Married With Children was not given wider coverage here rather than being stuck on late night ITV - it was brilliant |

Old British comedy: only fools and horses, fawlty towers, blackadder, one foot in the grave.
Recently discovered Miranda and that made me chuckle.
Used to love friends in my early twenties but find it more meh now.
Good time to catch up with these now to keep spirits up |
