During these times, many people will be frustrated in different ways and for different reasons.
Recently (today), mine is due to my "build a shed project", has hit a snag (one of quite a few), and won't be able to re-order replacement parts till Monday, as wrong parts arrived today. This project of mine has been great to keep me busy, and take mind off things but gee whizz has it tested my patience at times.
To try curb my frustration, I have a book, and will focus on trying to get some vitamin D onto my semi-translucent pale legs, while watching the dogs sunbathe and play.
How does everyone else manage their frustrations, whatever they may be? |

A long, no scrub that, a very very long walk, sometimes listening to podcasts or music and on occasion nothing at all and enjoying being outdoors.
That’s a positive way, but negatively I have found I’ve been drinking more so this weekend have decided to go alcohol free |

Long walks also do the trick for me, find it to be great way to meditate and refresh.
Great that you have noticed this and attempting to address it |

I'll admit, I've had a couple days like that, but thankfully very few and far between.
Not a problem, you doing the positive thing all on you. |

Today has been a challenging day, for no particular reason. Plans for long walks in the sunshine and baking have gone out of the window - I'm just taking some time for myself, naps, a little mindless TV, a packet of Popchips...not going to feel guilty for it, I'll feel better for it tomorrow and get back out and about in the world.
Love to anyone who's having a bit of a crappy day today x |

"I talk to people. I sing. I exercise. I reflect. I volunteer. I use my self care strategies.
Failing that, I nap and eat chocolate "
Chocolate certainly helps! Great that you have good mechanisms at hand to manage through these times |

Made plans often don't pan out, good that you aren't berating yourself about it, and hope tomorrow is a better one for you. I've took a few days out over the weeks similar days, does help.
I'm sure all appreciate a bit of love sent whether crappy day or not |
