I never understood why women love cats. Cats are independent, they don't listen, they don't come in when you call, they like to stay out all night, and when they are home they like to be left alone and sleep. In other words, every quality that woman hate in a MAN, they love in a cat! |

I’m such a cat lady.
They’re funny, sassy, and if treated right- they always come back.
They’re independent and beautiful.
Cats aren’t men, they’re women |

I think I see myself in them....independent, knows what it wants, doesnt stand for any nonsense, likes the finer things in life, choosy about the people they hang out with. |

And they treat us like a piece of meat. Vegans treat them like a cucumber. Fail to see our soul! |

This! Although I have both a female cat and a male cat and the differences are so clear it’s crazy!
Cats are confident and as you said sassy, what’s not to love! |

I also think it depends on the cat. Mine don’t stay out all day and they don’t like to be left alone, the come to me when I call (most of the time) I can’t even shut my room door without one of them crying by it until I open it!
All furry personalities are different. |

I'm just an animal lover all over. Currently own a cat. And everything you've said isn't true. I've had mine since 6 weeks old. She listens to me, comes in when I call her, she loves to play, comes to me for cuddles and lay on my lap or next to me and yes sleeps a lot but she is old now. |

I’m not a cat person. They make sounds that freak me out, plus they’re not very loyal.
I like dogs - warm, affectionate, cuddly, great at giving attention, love cuddles, playful - all the stuff I like |

I’m a massive cat fan but lost my 15 year old boy a couple of years ago
He had his own character
Always came when I called him and always there waiting on the doorstep when I came home from work
He wasn’t ignorant like some cats
I would deffo have another one
They’re not dicks
Plus you don’t have to keep taking them out for a walk in all weathers |

I'm sorry to hear that. Ages ago I used to have a cat who would follow me and my dog on our walks. We had to walk slow or stop to wait for him but he enjoyed it he was a clever beast. |

I love cats, we have 2 middle aged girls at the moment. They are lovely, they are very friendly and affectionate, they greet us when we come home, they come to us when call them, they love being close to us, they happily sleep next to us.
I'm not to keen on dogs except 2 particular dogs. |

Cats are beautiful

We had a small female feral cat.
Took me three months to stroke her, but once I did she was stuck to me.
She would constantly chat, I've never known such a noisy cat!
Being feral she lived outside in a kennel I made for her, but come 08:00 she would start tapping on the back door and calling for me.
When I would let her in she was so happy and excited she could barely contain herself. I would sit cross legged on the kitchen floor, place my hand under her belly and 'dump' her upside down in my lap. Scrunch her belly, scratch her chin and cheeks. She would stay there for as long as I fussed her.
She died a couple of months ago, she was the best cast ever!
Niki tolerated her (she was mostly the one clearing the cat shit and molted fur!)

We have two - sometime you can say their name multiple times and they won’t even look, other times they will glance at you with a look that says “WTF is it now ? ” and then sometimes they just want to be with you constantly , playing and being stroked all night - yes cats are just like women |

I like both cats and dogs but cats are very underated. My mum had 5 and each one had really quirky personalities (one was feral that she took in - you had to watch yourself with him, he’d rip your hand off soon as look at you!).
They are affectionate but on their own terms. |

A vegetarian's guide to meat.
Cats, as with other animals, form a relationship with you that involves your input.A cat lover will engage differently with them, compared to the others - and the cats do likewise. |

I have a cat that visits almost every day even if wet. Sleeps in garden if warm enough. Comes to sit with me and demands attention. Not unusual you may say but it's a female cat. They don't usually wander like males. I called cats protection as she was always around even at night, scratching at the windows. The owner was traced and she does go home mostly. |

I don't like them. I think they are evil creatures especially the one I live with who only has three legs.
I call him Tripod which gets me into trouble with my son (owner of the demon). His real name is Oscar.
He stalks me and attacks me for no reason. He sits and stares at me until I am forced to leave the room for no reason. He even put a dead spider on me for no reason other than he is the devil incarnate.

Mine hate being left alone.. one of mine is very clingy and jealous of other cats and people. I only have to shout mine once and they come running. |
