Faux queen is a woman who dresses in the style of a drag queen.

Last time I was down in Bristol they had drag queens doing story reading to the kids in the library.

I did see something on a BBC short documentary, awhile ago, about a female drag queen and some of the issues she faced in the community and why other drag queens were against it. Could see both sides of the argument but applauded her effort in the end.
