"How do you do it?
I'm currently lying with one leg under the duvet and the other over it as I am far too hot.
What's your favourite position when you get into bed?
Mrs "
That is me. Also cuddling the duvet corner. Maybe a corner of it under my cheek. But generally fidgeting until it all feels right. Every body part. |

I might end up humping it if I did that |

Does anyone else get that restless leg syndrome thing. I had it recently as a side effect from a course of tablets. Trying to settle off to sleep and my legs were flying about like a helicopter.Absolutely bloody mental! |

I sleep on my front, head facing left, head on the edge of the pillow. I'm never there when I wake up though! I fidget initially too. I mentally check all limbs & joints to make sure each bit of me feels as comfy as possible on the mattress & then I'm gone in minutes once I'm as relaxed as possible. |

That must of been awful when all you want to do is sleep. |

I get restless legs too but not so much once I'm in bed unless they're too hot.
It's incredibly annoying and sometimes a but painful too as your legs tense up.
The only thing that helps is cold, run your feet under as cold a shower as you can and wait for it to go. |

I used to get them when too hot too and then one day it just stopped, so stay hopeful x |
