Newcastle and Gateshead

so who you going to support when it cans back next weekend....

don't all say dortmund!!!!!

i think a lot of people out there have a soft spot for them, but its going to get boring quick if everyone gravitates to them

so i have come up with an idea....

20 teams in the bundesliga... 175 posts to go thru.....

so i think we can 7 teams supporting each clubs... thats 140 posts.... (and 30 for the football killjoys!! you know the moodhoovers are going to be attracted! this thread isn't for that!! thank you!!!)

so.. first 7 people that put down that team.. you get to support it... so time to do ya homework!!!

okay...... go!!!

and.... go!!!!!

I had a Dortmund shirt when I was a kid. It was a very bright yellow, it was the early nineties.

Anyone recall the fluorescent yellow shirt when Andy Moller was king of the bundesliga ?

Fortuna Düsseldorf for me. Uwe Rosler is their manager and loved him as a player at City.

I may have had the away shirt to that home one, which was black with the yellow bits....

I was going thru a hipster football phase so I use to go to soccer world on carnaby street... and go thru all the footy shirts they had... it was almost impossible to find black football shirts back then ( because either the ref or the keeper wore black)

Use to love getting obscure shirts and wearing them in park football games! Dortmund, Boca juniors, Palmeras ect....

Went thru a similar phase buying European football shirts from JJB.

Got a few classics too but I doubt they'd fit me now !!!

Union Berlin after seeing the great piece about the club and the supporters helping build the stadium on football focus a few months ago.

Worth a look if you can find it on YouTube
